Architecture utilizes solution components such as LUIS, Azure Search, Cognitive services for efficient customer interactions and next steps for the agents. Chatbot can be integrated to the customer’s webpages, e-com portal as chat agent. Azure Blob storage is used for policy related documents and Azure SQL DB for transactional data base needs.
